AWS opens registration on 27 October 2026 and publishes the exam guide the same day. Until then, the domains, the weightings and the pass mark are unpublished. Anything you read claiming otherwise was guessed.
We'll read the guide on the day it's published and put the real numbers here, with the source next to each one. If you're deciding what to do in the meantime: DVA-C02 can still be taken until 1 December 2026.

What we don't know yet
The rest of the exam is unpublished
How many questions, and how long. What the domains are called and how they're weighted. What score passes. Which services are in scope. Whether the AI-assisted development topics that currently appear on DVA-C02 as unscored pretest questions become scored content.
All of it lands on 27 October. We'll have it the same day.
