• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
• Download or print portions of Content solely for your personal study use, provided you maintain all copyright and proprietary notices.

This license does not include the right to:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ACEDIFY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any damages arising from exam results, certification outcomes, or career decisions.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100 USD).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Acedify, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Services.
• Your User Contributions.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to pay applicable fees.
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies.
• Extended periods of inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Finland, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@acedify.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations within 30 days.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Acedify regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.

No waiver by Acedify of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will:

• Provide notice through the Services or via email for significant changes.
• Allow a reasonable period for you to review the changes before they take effect.
